FAQs — Shipping and Returns

When will my Kit ship?

We ship twice monthly, beginning on the first and the 15th. So, if your order is placed on the second of the month, your first Kit will ship after the 15th, and will continue monthly after the 15th. Likewise, if you order on the 16th, your first Kit will ship after the first of the following month and will continue monthly after the first.

How do you ship?

We use a variety of shipping partners. You’ll receive an email with the tracking number once your order is processed and shipped. It typically takes 3-7 business days once shipped for your Kit to arrive. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We currently only ship to USA locations (including APO/FPO addresses using the US delivery method). We hope to add international destinations soon!

Do you accept returns?

We sure hope you love your Kit and have no need for returns. We want you to be happy! Please contact us directly so we can help make it right.

FAQs — General

How do I contact you?

Feel free to email, text or call us. We’re typically available between 8 - 5 PDT M-F.

Where are you located?

Our team is located in Tampa, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and New York City. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What age is this recommended for?

Our Kits target critical learning and development needs of kids in primary school (Pre-K thru 6th grade ish).

I’m a teacher — can I buy multiple Kits for my pod or classroom?

Absolutely! Please contact us directly so we can help determine the best way to maximize our Kit for your kiddos. We’re happy to also share how each Kit’s activities align with grade-level scope and sequence.

Do you have children?

Yep — lots of them (lol). Our kids have attended a mix of school settings including homeschool, online, parochial, private, public, charter and Montessori. We are living testimonies of how different kids in the same families can have different, unique learning needs. We have typical learners, exceptional learners and twice-exceptional amongst the bunch. It’s these very experiences that make us uniquely qualified to be in this with you.
